All Cards is a workspace-wide table of every card you can access. Use it to filter, sort, open card details, and manage deleted work in Trash.
Open All Cards
Click your workspace name in the top bar, then All Cards. The table opens full screen for the current workspace.
Your sort, filters, column layout, and Active / Trash / All scope are remembered per workspace on this device.
Browse and open cards
Rows show card number, summary, canvas, team, dates, and more. Click a row to open the card detail pane in the table view (same editor as on the canvas).
Use Recent or the sort menu to order by number, summary, canvas, team, target date, or who changed the card. Toggle parent, labels, and type columns from the toolbar icons.
Filter and saved filters
Open Filter to narrow the list: search text, labels, parent/child relationships, achievement vs verification, target dates, people, canvas, board status, and more.
Save a filter set with a name and re-apply it later from the saved filters list. Handy for recurring reports (for example all cards on a canvas with a given label).
Active, Trash, and All
Active shows live cards. Trash shows cards deleted from the canvas or elsewhere (soft-deleted). All combines both.
Deleting on the canvas moves a card (and usually its descendants) to Trash. They disappear from the map but can be restored from All Cards.
Restore from Trash
In Trash (or All), use the status menu on a row:
- Restore this card brings back one card.
- Restore entire tree opens a confirmation listing descendants still in Trash, then restores the whole subtree.
Restored cards return to their canvas positions when possible.
Delete forever
In Trash, select rows with the checkboxes, then Delete forever. This permanently removes those cards. It cannot be undone.
Only roles that can edit content see selection and permanent delete. Viewers can browse Trash but cannot restore or purge.
