Sign in with Google or email. There is no separate sign-up step: your account is created when you complete your first sign-in. Workspace invites arrive by email and open an accept flow in the app.
Sign in
On the Yirar home page choose Continue with Google, or enter your email under or.
Email flow: enter your address and continue. If you already use a passkey on this device, Yirar may prompt for it. Otherwise Yirar emails a one-time code. Enter the six digits to finish sign-in. New users are provisioned automatically when the code verifies.
You can also open Sign in with email for the same flow from invite links.
Passkeys (optional)
After sign-in, open Account from the app menu and add a passkey (device PIN, fingerprint, or security key). Passkeys let you sign in without Google on that device.
If you signed in with an email code, Yirar may suggest adding a passkey once. You can add or remove passkeys anytime under Account.
Accept an email invite
An owner or admin sends Invite by email from Workspace Settings → Members. You receive a link with a token.
Open the link while signed out: you see the workspace name and can sign in with Google or email. After sign-in, Yirar accepts the invite and sends you into that workspace.
If the link is expired or already used, you see a clear error. Ask an admin to resend from Pending invites.
Invite vs add member
Invite by email is for people who do not have a Yirar account yet (or who are not signed in). They get email with the accept link.
Add Member adds someone who already has a Yirar account by email. They gain access immediately without an invite email.
Both paths assign a role: Admin, Member, or Viewer. See Workspace members and Roles and permissions for what each role can do.
No workspace yet
After sign-in, if you belong to no workspace, Yirar sends you to a no workspace page. Create a workspace from there, or accept an invite first.
If you expected access, confirm you used the same email the admin invited and that the invite was not revoked.
