Workspace general settings

Workspace name, description, and deactivation.

The General tab in Workspace Settings holds the workspace name, optional description, and the read-only workspace URL. Owners and admins can edit and save; other roles see the fields as read-only.

Open Workspace Settings

Click your workspace name in the top bar to open the menu, then choose Settings. The dialog opens on General by default.

Tabs on the left cover canvases, labels, teams, members, Advisor, and integrations.

Name and description

Workspace Name is required. Yirar warns if another workspace you belong to already uses the same name (you can still save, but names may be confusing in the switcher).

Description is optional and helps teammates understand what the workspace is for. Click Save Changes when you are done. Members and viewers cannot edit these fields.

Workspace URL

The Workspace URL field shows `/ws/<slug>`. The slug is set when the workspace is created and cannot be changed afterward. Share links and bookmarks use this path.

Remove workspace

Only the workspace owner sees a Remove workspace sub-tab under General. Removing a workspace hides it for everyone. You must confirm by typing the workspace URL.

This is permanent for normal use. Plan exports or handoffs before removing a workspace others still rely on.
