Find cards quickly from the canvas toolbar or team board, then share stable links teammates can open directly.
Canvas search (workspace-wide)
On the canvas bottom toolbar, use Find a card by # or summary (workspace-wide).
- Type a summary fragment to match card titles across the workspace.
- Type # plus digits (for example `#42` or `#420`) to match card numbers; partial numbers work.
Results list the canvas name when the card lives on another map. Pick a result to pan to the card on the current canvas or navigate to the canvas where it lives and focus that card.
Team board search
On a team board, search is limited to cards on that board. The same `#number` and summary rules apply, but results only include rows visible on the active board (respecting iteration filters on Scrum boards).
Copy a card link
In the card detail pane, use Copy link on the card header. The URL looks like `/ws/<workspace>/card/<number>` and opens that card in the app for anyone who has access to the workspace and canvas.
Links work from chat, docs, or email. If the card was deleted, the link may show that the card is in Trash.
Open a card from a link
Paste a card URL in the browser while signed in. Yirar opens the card detail view for that workspace.
Query parameters can deep-link further (for example `?comment=` to scroll to a specific comment). Items in the notifications bell use the same URLs when you click them.
Links inside descriptions
In a card description, typing `#123` (with your workspace open) can become a magic link to card #123 in that workspace.
Use the editor link tool for external URLs. Mention people with `@` when you need their attention in comments or descriptions.
