Pick a mode in the Advisor composer before you send. The mode tells Yirar what kind of reply you want. You can switch modes between messages in the same conversation tab.
Mode picker
Open the mode menu at the bottom of the Advisor message box. Short labels (Chat, Plan, Report, Audit) map to the full names below. Hover an item in the app for a one-line tooltip.
On a map thread, only Chat, Delivery report, and Tree audit are available. Open Advisor from a card to use Card detail and Plan next layer.

Chat
General conversation. The advisor may route to a plan or card edits when it fits.
Use Chat when you are exploring, asking follow-ups, or want the Advisor to choose the right structure. It may still suggest a layer plan or card edits when that fits your question.
Card detail
Structured reply with Review in card or Saved to card.
Replies are aimed at the anchored card summary and description. Use Review in card or Save to card on suggestions (see Advisor actions). Best when the card is thin or the wording needs a pass before you decompose further.
Plan next layer
Suggest a new layer plan or refine rows when a draft is open.
The Advisor proposes rows (achievement and optional verification children). You refine in chat, then Create selected to add cards to the canvas. The card needs enough written context first; very short descriptions may prompt you to add detail before planning.
If the Advisor already suggested a description you have not saved, save it to the card before planning so you do not lose that draft.
Delivery report
Factual report from board data for this card and its subtree. Not a card rewrite.
On a card thread, the report covers that card and its subtree (children and linked verification work), using board status and structure from the map.
On a map thread, you can ask for a broader factual snapshot (for example workspace-scoped delivery context). The reply is read-only: it does not rewrite card text.
Tree audit
Send runs a tree alignment audit. Choose Standard or Deep in the next control.
Choose depth next to the mode:
- Standard: one full pass over the tree. A solid default for most reviews.
- Deep: more intensive pass with extra model steps when you want maximum depth.
Send can be empty; the audit runs on the anchored subtree. Results list findings with links to cards. Use Show on map or open a card from the audit when offered.
